Our teas are hand-blended and prepared in Kiama, NSW, using botanicals sourced from trusted growers and suppliers around the world.
Yes. Orders are made fresh when you order to preserve aroma, flavour and quality.
Each product page includes a product details section with ingredients, suggested tea quantity, water temperature and steep time. Adjust to taste.
Some blends naturally contain caffeine through white, green or black tea. Herbal and rooibos blends are naturally caffeine-free. Each product page lists the relevant details.
Yes. Many blends work beautifully as cold brews, iced teas, lattes, mocktails and cocktails. Visit our Mixology page for inspiration.
Keep your tea sealed, dry and away from heat, direct sunlight and strong aromas. Freshness varies by tea, but our reusable UV glass jars help preserve aroma, colour and freshness.
We include a complimentary sample bag with each order if you join our free VIP list. If there is a specific tea you would like to try, leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to include it.
Our blends use natural botanicals, but we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before consuming herbal teas during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Orders & Delivery
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.
If your order has not been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel it.
We blend each tea once per week, so please allow up to one week for preparation before dispatch. Once your batch is complete, your order is packed fresh and sent from NSW postcode 2533. Please add standard Australia Post delivery times to your location.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post using tracked services. Express shipping is available for most destinations and can be selected at checkout.
Shipping is $15 flat Australia-wide for orders under $149. Orders over $149 receive free standard shipping.
Not currently. We plan to review international shipping options in the near future.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us through our contact form or reply to your order email. We will liaise with Australia Post to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns, Gifts & Enquiries
For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on tea unless the product is faulty or damaged. For non-tea items, we do not accept returns unless the wrong product was sent or the item arrives damaged. Please read our Refund Policy for more information.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact form. We will resolve it promptly.
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and include your message in the order notes. We will exclude pricing details.
