At Atlas & Eden, each order is hand-blended and packed in Kiama, NSW 2533, and shipped throughout Australia via Australia Post.
1. Order Processing
Orders for each tea are grouped and blended in focused weekly sessions. This allows us to adjust ratios by taste, account for seasonal ingredient variation and maintain consistency across each batch.
Please allow up to one week for your teas to be hand-blended before dispatch, although many orders are completed sooner.
During busy periods, additional time may be required. We will contact you if a significant delay is expected.
A shipping confirmation and tracking link will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.
2. Delivery Options & Rates
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $149 or more.
Orders under $149 ship at a flat rate of $15.
Express Post is available at checkout for most destinations.
Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
3. Oversized & Heavier Deliveries
Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized or heavier items sent to some destinations.
If extra freight is required, we will contact you before dispatch. You may approve the additional charge or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Post generally takes 2–6 business days, although remote destinations may take longer.
Express Post generally takes 1–3 or more business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Australia Post delays, weather and peak periods.
These ranges broadly align with Australia Post’s current published estimates of 2–4 business days within the same state and 3–6 interstate for Parcel Post, and 1–2 or more within the same state and 1–3 or more interstate for Express Post.
5. Tracking & Delivery
All parcels include tracking.
Some orders may require a signature on delivery.
Please contact us if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be missing. We will assist with tracking the parcel and resolving the issue.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
