Shipping Policy

At Atlas & Eden, every order is hand-prepared in Kiama NSW 2533 and shipped throughout Australia via Australia Post (MyPost Business).

Dispatch time: All orders for the same tea placed during the week are grouped and made together in a single focused session. This allows us to adjust ratios by taste, account for seasonal ingredient variation, and maintain consistency across every jar. For this reason, please allow up to one week for your teas to be hand-blended. Sometimes we can fulfil it sooner, but please allow a week to cover the complete tea making schedule. Once your batch is complete, your order is packed fresh and dispatched.
During busy periods, additional time may be required so we can maintain the quality and presentation of our packaging.
A shipping confirmation and tracking link will be emailed once your parcel is dispatched.

Free-shipping offers exclude remote or regional locations as defined by Australia Post.
Bulky or oversized items may incur an additional fee. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.

Standard Post: 2–8 business days depending on your location.
Express Post: 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
(Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to carrier, weather, or peak-season factors.)

All parcels include tracking details.
Some orders may require a signature on delivery.
Once your parcel leaves our studio, risk transfers to the customer; however, we will assist promptly with any delayed or missing parcels.

We currently ship within Australia only.
