I’m not a fan of camomile but this is not overpowering at all. It relaxes me and I think I’m sleeping better.
This is the only sleep tea I’ve ever tried that actually helps you sleep! Has been so great for nights I’ve struggled with insomnia. I didn’t expect it to work but it really does and also tastes great. I’ve given it to friends with insomnia who have also found it really helpful
