1. Change of Mind
- For tea or food products, we cannot accept returns due to food-safety regulations.
- For non-food items (such as giftware or accessories), returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or was supplied in error.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us via the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
We will organise a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
3. Faulty Goods & Consumer Guarantees
- All products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- If a product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian law.
4. Clearance & Limited Items
Clearance, sale, and limited-edition products are final sale and not eligible for return unless faulty.
5. Return Process
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
- Items must be securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once returned items are received and approved.
6. Time Frames
Please allow 3–5 business days for refund processing after approval. Bank processing times may vary.
