- All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).
- GST is included where applicable, for example on non-food items such as giftware or accessories. Tea products are GST-free under Australian tax law.
- Prices and product availability may change without notice.
- Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.
- Clearance and limited-edition items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return unless faulty.
2. Payments
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Afterpay.
- We do not store your full payment details.
- All transactions are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

- Natural variations in colour, texture, flavour, aroma, or appearance may occur between batches due to seasonal, agricultural, and botanical factors. Such variations are a normal characteristic of natural products.

4. Gift Orders
- You may send orders directly to recipients by entering their delivery address at checkout.
- All policies and guarantees apply equally to recipients of gifts.

- One discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

- Gift cards (when available) are non-refundable and redeemable only through our website.
6. Liability & Consumer Guarantees
- Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, risk passes to you.
- To the extent permitted by law, we limit our liability to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
